🌟What is your store operating hour?

We open every day from 12:00pm-7:00pm, excluding Sunday and Public Holiday .

🌟Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we provide delivery services islandwide.
Our standard delivery charge is $20, except Tuas and Sentosa (additional charges may apply).

🌟What are the type of flowers you have for flower bouquet/arrangement?

We do customisation for fresh flowers, soap flowers & preserved flowers.

🌟How do I properly store the flower bouquet?

To keep the flowers fresh and long lasting, you just need to cut the ends of the stems, place the flowers in a vase with fresh water - try to change the water every 3 days and re-cut the stems. If there is foam provided, you just need to simply add the water to keep it hydrated.

🌟What are the payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by VISA/MASTER/AMEX/Apple Pay & Goolge Pay via our online purchases and Paynow, WeChat pay, Alipay for order made directly to us via social media.

🌟What is your return and refund policy?

Order cancellations are not allowed once payment has been completed, with under special circumstances where amendments will be allowed. Kindly be informed that any amendment is subject to approval and fees will be applied. Do chat with us immediately after placing the order.
For any defects item, we will provide refunds to the customer subject to approval. However, please be reminded that all refunds are subjected to a 5% merchant fee which will be absorbed by the customer unless otherwise stated. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to be credited into your personal bank account or credit card, whichever method you used to make initial payment.

🌟Do you have membership plan?

Yes, we do free registration of membership. Every member will be entitled to 10% discount on every min. order of $150 and above, exclude delivery charge. Feel free to chat with us to find out more about our promotions and offers exclusively for our members.

🌟How to join your membership?

Membership is free with minimum $1,000 of store credit.

🌟Can I customise a specific style/type of flower bouquet/arrangement that is not listed in the website?

Yes, feel free to check with our florist via our social media platforms and let them know your preferred designs, subject to availability.

🌟Do you provide flower arrangements for special occasions/events?

Yes, we do provide balloons and/or flower arrangement services for special occasions such as wedding, ROM, proposal, baby full month celebration, birthday, etc. All type of events have to be finalised at least 5 days in advanced.

🌟Can I include a personalized message along with my flower bouquet/arrangement?

Yes, greeting card will be provided free of charge. Do let our florist know when you place the order/put remarks on the website.
